To by znamenalo meziro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst zhruba o 60 miliard korun a potvrzen\u00ed pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00edho o\u017eiven\u00ed hypote\u010dn\u00edho trhu.<\/p>\n<p>Hypote\u010dn\u00ed trh vstupuje do obdob\u00ed siln\u00e9 popt\u00e1vky, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed klient\u016f. Banky dnes kladou v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz na stabilitu p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f, v\u00fd\u0161i vlastn\u00edch \u00faspor i energetickou kvalitu nemovitosti.
