I kdy\u017e v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed do\u0161lo k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu ochlazen\u00ed, celkov\u00fd trend r\u016fstu z\u00e1jmu o hypote\u010dn\u00ed \u00fav\u011bry pokra\u010duje. \u010cBA Hypomonitor, kter\u00fd zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 data v\u0161ech bank a stavebn\u00edch spo\u0159itelen v \u010cR, potvrzuje na trhu stabiln\u00ed r\u016fstov\u00fd v\u00fdvoj.<\/p>\n<h3>Srpen p\u0159inesl rekordn\u00ed z\u00e1jem o hypot\u00e9ky<\/h3>\n<p>V srpnu banky a spo\u0159itelny poskytly hypot\u00e9ky v hodnot\u011b p\u0159es 32 miliard K\u010d, z \u010deho\u017e 26 miliard p\u0159ipadlo na nov\u00e9 \u00fav\u011bry. To p\u0159edstavuje mezim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst o t\u0159etinu a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed objem od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2022. Odborn\u00edci tento v\u00fdvoj p\u0159i\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed efektu novely z\u00e1kona, kter\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161ila z\u00e1jem o hypot\u00e9ky v srpnu.<\/p>\n<h3>Sazby hypot\u00e9k klesly pod 5 %<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba poprv\u00e9 za v\u00edce ne\u017e dva roky poklesla pod 5 % \u2013 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na 4,96 % v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.
