Ceny star\u0161\u00edch byt\u016f vzrostly t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o p\u011btinu na 127 463 korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 v Praze se za posledn\u00ed rok zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o \u0161est procent a za posledn\u00edch \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f o dv\u011b procenta, uv\u00e1d\u00ed anal\u00fdza spole\u010dnosti Knight Frank.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eProdeje novostaveb, utlumen\u00e9 od roku 2022, nyn\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b rostou. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst byl zaznamen\u00e1n v Praze 6, 4 a 7, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pokles v Praze 1.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Deloitte \u010dinilo pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 v prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 295 korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. Cena v \u201ebuild to rent\u201c n\u00e1jemn\u00edm bydlen\u00ed vzrostla meziro\u010dn\u011b o 3,5 %. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena mal\u00fdch byt\u016f 1+kk byla p\u0159es 600 korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed.
