O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se r\u016fst trhu s hypot\u00e9kami, s p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fdm meziro\u010dn\u00edm n\u00e1r\u016fstem nov\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k o 20 %. Banky se soust\u0159ed\u00ed na zlev\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fav\u011br\u016f s krat\u0161\u00ed fixac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00darokov\u00e9 sazby s fixac\u00ed do t\u0159\u00ed let by m\u011bly klesnout. V posledn\u00edch dvou m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch do\u0161lo k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu poklesu cen pen\u011bz, co\u017e ovlivnilo jednoletou fixaci, kter\u00e1 nejprve p\u0159ekro\u010dila hranici \u0161esti a pot\u00e9 p\u011bti procent.<\/p>\n<p>Cena hypot\u00e9k celkov\u011b klesne, ale konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u00fapravy budou z\u00e1viset na jednotliv\u00fdch bank\u00e1ch. &#8222;O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee sazby od 4,99 procenta by mohly b\u00fdt nab\u00edzeny v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi bankami ji\u017e v \u00fanoru,&#8220; dodal hypote\u010dn\u00ed expert.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Swiss Life Hypoindexu pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 nab\u00eddkov\u00e1 sazba hypote\u010dn\u00edch \u00fav\u011br\u016f klesla mezi lednem a za\u010d\u00e1tkem \u00fanora na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hodnotu od \u010dervna 2022. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba hypot\u00e9k dos\u00e1hla 5,6 %, co\u017e je o 36 bazick\u00fdch bod\u016f m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edci, uvedl Ji\u0159\u00ed S\u00fdkora ze Swiss Life Select.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky poklesu pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 nab\u00eddkov\u00e9 sazby se m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed spl\u00e1tka hypot\u00e9ky sn\u00ed\u017eila. P\u0159i \u00fav\u011bru na 3,5 milionu korun s pr\u016fm\u011brnou sazbou 5,6 % klesla o 761 korun na 21 710 korun. Tato \u010d\u00e1stka poprv\u00e9 od \u010dervna 2022 klesla pod 22 tis\u00edc korun, kdy\u017e tehdy \u010dinila 21 926 korun. Spl\u00e1tky hypote\u010dn\u00edho \u00fav\u011bru pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b klesly o 1630 korun za posledn\u00edch dvan\u00e1ct m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se potvrd\u00ed predikce hypote\u010dn\u00edho experta Libora Ostatka, m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed spl\u00e1tka by d\u00e1le klesla. S \u00farokovou sazbou 4,99 procenta by spl\u00e1tka stejn\u00e9ho \u00fav\u011bru klesla na 20 440 korun.<\/p>\n<p>S rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vkou po nov\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k\u00e1ch mus\u00ed trh zareagovat na zm\u011bnu trendu.
